With the Diabetes care benefit, members receive 15% discounts on most diabetic monitoring supplies. Liberty offers this discount on brand name glucose meters, lancets, insulin, syringes and more. Members may reorder individual testing supplies or choose from three nationally recognized blood glucose meters. Each meter comes with 300 test strips, Control Solution, a lancing device, 300 lancets and 300 alcohol pads. All orders are shipped to the member's home at no charge.
