| Emotional and relationship challenges sometimes seem overwhelming, but personal problems are as treatable as any other health concern if you know where to turn. Our telephone counselors assist with problem resolution and suggest options to help members with personal issues of any size. Counselors work with a multitude of issues including: |

| Reliance on alcohol, drugs, tobacco or food |

| Sexual, physical or emotional abuse |

| Loss and grief |

| Change and transition |

Members receive free unlimited telephone counseling services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When appropriate, members are referred to local licensed counselors in their own community. |

|
| Free telephone problem-solving services. |
|
| Services are confidential and will not jeopardize employment. |
|
| Counselor qualifications include a master's degree and five years of postgraduate experience. |
|
| Counselors follow up and monitor progress until member is satisfied. |
|
|
Members may be referred to a network of approximately 27,000 providers who offer 20% to 35% off the normal billed charges |
|
|
|
|
|
Payment must be made at the time of service in order to receive a discount.
